Detox Diet




A Detox Diet can help heal migraines, stomach trouble, colds and joint
pain. It may also be effective against heart disease and arthritis. Many
people are affected by digestive problems and doing a Detox Diet can
make the world of difference to your well-being. Our digestive system
is responsible for the breakdown of our food and elimination of our
waste.

chickpeas, fish, oil and herbal tea is quite acceptable. Make sure that you
eat slowly and chew your food well for proper digestion. While you are on
your Detox Diet plan you also need to drink a lot of water to eliminate the
waste in your blood.

 If we are under a lot of stress our guts can ad to irritation in the intestine
and lead to more food allergies. So be kind to yourself during your Detox
Diet plan and have a massage, practise deep belly breathing, and consider
adding calming herbal tea to your Detox Diet.
