There is no need to push yourself because then you will probably give up before you can ripe the benefit.

Many people get osteoporosis as they get older because of a lack of calcium and exercise. Studies have been done about this and found that if you take an adequate amount of calcium and do regular exercise it will help you build stronger bones. Do yourself a favour and start to do exercise while you are still young and you will be grateful for that when you get old because this will help you avoid bone disease as well as other diseases.

You may think that you are to busy to invest any time in looking after your body but all you need to do is start with a brisk walk around the blog and you will be well on your way to many more years of being healthy. Later on when you are able to handle that you can extend your walk and bring light exercises into your schedule.
