contribute to a painful headache and in this day and age where many people live busy and stressful lives you need
all the help and advice that you can get. There are many causes for a painful headache that could be avoided when

nerve pain and pressure on the blood vessels that supply blood to the brain and set of the pain and therefore

which can set it of such as if you are upset and angry for some reason and it is causing you tension.
If you suffer from Sinus which is in the nasal region and around the eyes and these areas are
infected and get inflamed then they can cause you a headache. If you are going through menopause there are changes
going on in your body that can be upsetting and bring on a headache.
Some tips to avoid headaches and migraine
Drink plenty of water, when not drinking enough water you may experience dehydration headache. The
more water you drink the better you feel. Try not to skip meals but eat at the same time every day. When you don’t
eat you are depriving yourself from the energy you need to get your tasks done during the day.
Another tip is to watch your diet and eat good healthy food and avoid fast food. If you can find a
store which sells organic food it is your best choice. Many foods contains pesticides that are not good for your
body.
Make sure to get your eyes checked regularly and if you are working on a computer then you may find
yourself staring at the screen continuously but try to blink now and again on purpose. Your eyes become dry if you
don’t blink but if you do you wash your eyeballs with your tears.
What treatment can you use to heal the headache?
One of the simple ways to heal yourself if you for some reason have a splitting headache is to take
a power nap during the day. You will often find that you wake up more refreshed and there is some relief from the
headache.
Make sure to get you eight hours sleep every night. Sleeping is such a great healer it gives your
mind time to relax so when you wake up in the morning you look at things in a much more light hearted way.
If you suffer from tension in your body and it has caused a headache for you then listening to soft
soothing music is also a great healer and will often relieve the tension and ease of the pain in your head. After
